Men of Vision is the men's ministry of House of the Nations. We are a group that encourages each other spiritually and reaches other men for the Kingdom of God every day, from the workplace to the community. We pray for one another so we can help overcome the daily struggles of life and also to continually see a clear vision of the Kingdom of God (Habakkuk 2:2-3).
We regularly meet in public places like Starbucks(TM) and Panera Bread(TM) for a deep Bible study and encouragement. We also have an annual Men's Retreat where we enjoy fellowship, teachings, and God's amazing presence with each other.
Women of Purpose is the ladies' ministry of The House of the Nations. We gather together to discover more of God's love and His perfect plan for each of us in this world that is falling apart. We not only enjoy fellowship with each other but also share the love of Christ to other women.
At least once a month we have meetings at different places, whether it be a church, home, or a cafe. We also have powerful speakers at our meetings and spirit-filled worship. Once a year we have a Ladies' Retreat where not only our church but sister churches join together to enjoy God's awesome presence and become closer to Him.
We believe that prayer and fasting is essential to having a relationship with God and that they both have the power to heal, edify, and restore. As a ministry we are a group that is committed to praying and fasting throughout the week for all the needs of the church and the community.
Every Sunday we gather together at 2:30 PM before the service to lift up the needs of the church and community to the Lord and also to invite God's presence in the service.
The Academy of the Kingdom of God is our children's ministry. We believe it it is vital to teach the children about the Truth and the infallible Word of God and to train them in the way of the Lord (Proverbs 22:6).
Each Sunday after the time of worship and during the message, the children gather together to have a fun and meaningful time of learning. From enjoying fun activities to listening to our great teachers, the children receive great blessings and a better understanding of who God is.
As a way to reach out to the community, we began this ministry of hosting soccer games. This is a great way to have fun and at the same time be able to share the love of Christ with others.
Every Thursday we get together at Medal of Honor Park (Cottage Hill Park) kicking off at 6:30 PM.
